About State Sen. Eddie Lucio, Jr.

Eddie Lucio, Jr. is an advertising executive from Brownsville, Texas. He earned his BS degree from Pan American University. He and his wife, Minnie, have two children, one of which is State Representative Eddie Lucio III. Prior to joining the Texas Senate, Senator Lucio served in the Texas House of Representatives from 1986 – 1990. Senator Lucio has served in the Texas Senate since 1991.
