Representative Cain is a Businessman from Longview, Texas. After graduating high school he earned multiple degrees including: Associates Degree in Management and Marketing from Kilgore College, Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing from East Texas State University and Law Degree from the University of Arkansas. He and his wife, Hope, have been married for 21 years and reside with their three children in the rural community of Como, located just outside of Sulphur Springs. Representative Cain has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 2011.
