Senator Duncan is an Attorney from Lubbock, Texas. He earned his BS Degree and JD from Texas Tech University. Prior to joining the Texas Senate, Senator Duncan served in the Texas House of Representatives from 1993 – 1997. Senator Duncan has served in the Texas Senate since 1997.
