SB 650 prohibits local governments from contributing taxpayer dollars that aid in abortion facilities. While the Fiscal Responsibility Index does not include votes on social issues, subsidizing abortion at any level with taxpayer dollars is not a proper role of government or wise use of taxpayer money.
