SB 13 by Birdwell: Ensuring Texas tax dollars don't fund energy boycotts

SB 13 requires the Texas Comptroller to create a list of companies boycotting traditional fuels and limits state contracting and investing with those companies. The Texas economy is fueled by traditional fuels and government contracts with companies boycotting them effectively gives a vote of support to such decisions and jeopardizes taxpayer livelihoods.
