About State Rep. Jonathan Stickland

Jonathan Stickland was born in Plano, Texas, in 1983, and after moving frequently during his grade school career, graduated early and took his GED.  He then spent some time studying sales and marketing at Tarrant County College and Parkland College.  Having held a job since the age of 16, the value of hard work and personal responsibility have been deeply ingrained in him since an early age and shows in his politics.  He currently owns and operates his own consulting firm, which works with local oil and gas companies and provides crucial services on a multitude of different levels.  He actively attends the First Baptist Church of Hurst with his wife of 7 years, Krissy, and their two daughters.
